How I work

I owned the Trend Micro / TrendAI corporate website as a primary demand channel. Platform engineering, search, experimentation, analytics, and AI operations shared a roadmap measured on web-sourced pipeline.

I started with two developers and a system administrator. Over time I built that into a multi-team organization across Development, DevOps, QA, and SEO/GEO, led through functional leads and managers. I aligned web and organic search with paid search partners against shared pipeline goals.

I migrated 34 country sites from AEM to Sanity, built an experimentation program that runs 40+ tests a year, and redesigned the team's AI workflows with quality checks and brand safety guardrails.

Capabilities

Web as a demand engine

Digital growth connects conversion rate optimization to pipeline. Executive reporting should connect site and channel metrics to pipeline and revenue, not stop at traffic.

  • 35% web-sourced pipeline growth across the global web channel
  • 42% lift in visitor-to-trial conversion from 40+ A/B tests per year (Target, Optimizely, VWO)
  • 28% conversion lift on high-impact journeys: homepage, solutions, pricing, demo flows
  • Web and organic search aligned with the paid team against a shared pipeline definition, without paid-media ownership

Modern platforms at global scale

Website strategy and platform architecture on one roadmap: a multi-year AEM to Sanity migration across 34 countries and 14 languages, supported by performance, structured data, accessibility, and technical SEO.

  • 40% page-load improvement after the AEM to Sanity migration
  • 25% increase in global organic sessions
  • Marketo, Tealium, GTM, and GA4 integrated into the new architecture
  • Landing page turnaround cut from 10 days to 2 while supporting 3x campaign volume
  • Leadership through managers and functional leads, agency collaboration, strategic vendor governance, and $1M+ annual web planning and budgeting

AI transformation with guardrails

AI operations belong on the same digital roadmap as platform delivery, technical SEO, and AI-search visibility. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, and MCP support development and analytics with human review.

  • 35% faster execution after team-wide AI workflow redesign
  • Team-wide AI governance, prompt structuring standards, and brand safety guardrails
  • Human-in-the-loop validation so developers, marketers, and editors adopt AI safely
  • GEO and AEO strategies that lifted AI-driven organic conversions by 15%

Leadership principles

  1. Measure the website in pipeline.

Traffic and rankings are inputs. The scoreboard is web-sourced pipeline and conversion on the journeys that matter.

  2. Build systems, not heroics.

Modular templates and clear intake took landing pages from 10 days to 2 while volume tripled.

  3. Adopt AI with guardrails.

Speed only counts when quality holds. Prompt standards, brand safety rules, and human review come with the tools.

  4. Align every channel to one goal.

Web, organic search, and paid search partners plan against shared pipeline goals instead of competing for credit.
