Embralith

Fictional enterprise operations concept demo, designed and directed in Webflow.

A fictional enterprise SaaS and AI business built to demonstrate Webflow delivery: two pages, a CMS Insights collection, and an enterprise grade visual system, all inside the free Webflow Starter plan limits.

Concept demo, published to Webflow staging only.

Embralith is a fictional company created as a concept demo. It has no customers, no revenue, and no measured results. The demo site labels its own figures as illustrative sample figures. This page shows craft and judgment under constraints, not client outcomes.

I set the concept, selected the template, and set the design and content direction, and I set the site up and published it in Webflow myself. The template customization and visual enrichment were carried out in Webflow in assisted build sessions under my direction, and I reviewed and approved each stage.

The brief

Challenge
I needed a live Webflow example showing enterprise grade work rather than a generic template look: real structure, real content depth, and honest constraints.
Solution
Starting from the free Conicorn template, which I selected and set up in Webflow myself, I directed the customization of the Home and Platform pages and the build of an Insights CMS collection with four full posts. I set the design direction: a typography led system (Fraunces display, IBM Plex Sans body, flat ink, paper, and brick red palette, no gradients or glow), concept product screenshots, photographic industry backgrounds, and a looping background video, and I reviewed and approved each stage. Every disclaimer marking the product as fictional stayed in place.
My role
Concept, template selection, design direction, build direction, CMS setup direction, copy direction, and review and approval at each stage.

The screens

Four concept screenshots of the fictional product. These are not captures of a live system and do not demonstrate measured results.

What was built

Template customization
Home and Platform rebuilt to the brief; template pricing, team, case study, FAQ, logo marquee, contact form, and preloader sections removed under my direction.
CMS setup
Insights collection with four posts with full bodies, and a shared template with full navigation and footer, built to my brief.
Design system
Direction I set: typography led, restrained flat palette, no gradients, glow, glass, or icon grids.
Visual enrichment
Concept screenshots with disclaimers, photographic backgrounds, and a looping silent background video in the closing call to action, placed and approved in review sessions.
Constraint led building
Starter plan limits honored: two static pages, 50 CMS items, webflow.io subdomain only, no custom code, and the Webflow badge stays.

How it's built
