I am Mark Jaggers, a digital experience and growth leader based in Grand Prairie, Texas. I turn enterprise digital channels into demand engines.

From June 2008 to August 2026 I was Director Of Global Web Marketing and Development at Trend Micro / TrendAI. I built the web function from two developers and a system administrator into a 13+ person organization across Development, DevOps, QA, and SEO/GEO, led through managers and functional leads. The web channel supported a $1.7B+ enterprise ARR portfolio across 34 countries and 14 languages.

I run web, search, experimentation, and AI operations as one digital function with one roadmap, measured on pipeline. I aligned web and organic search with paid search partners against shared pipeline goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Web Management & Internet Development from the University of Texas at Arlington.
